This website is an RPG, or role-playing game. In here, you live the life of your character that you create. You just type in whatever you want your character to say or do, and ta-da! You're rping(role-playing)! You can rp in first or third person. Everyone has their own writing style, and this is how you can see other kinds.
Example: Toklo looked up the river, wondering if there would be fish inside of it, swimming downstream. The weather was cold, so he did not expect to find any.
Creating your character
To create your character, you just have to come up with a name or your character, then what kind of bear they are. Then, just post in the signing up thread and the Jaracter Creation Board. Because this is a seekers RPG, we have the three different kinds of bears that were used in the books. Your character can meet other characters and start a journey together. You can travel around the different places, hunting and playing and having fun. And as an added bonus, this site has pandas. They cannot interact with the other bear species, but they can interact with each other. This RPG takes place many years after the the books take place.
Out of character
This is a semi-literate RPG, so please use full sentences when you post. When you are rping on a rp board, and you want to say something that you are saying, not your character, then please put I in parenthesis so everyone knows that it is coming out of you mouth and not our character's mouth.
Example: Lusa searched the bush for food, hoping to find some berries or fruit. (I have to go now, but I will be back soon)
And, if you just don't want to rp as your character at all and want to take a break, then you can post on the OCC(out of character) boards. On there, you don't need parenthesis, because everyone knows that you are the one speaking, not your character.
