The crystal pools, shining in the sunlight, looked so beautiful. They let off a faint glow as Resa approached, reflecting the forest above her head. The thick canopy if leaves shaded the area, and Resa could see the birds flying around, chirping their preciuos melodies high above her. The light that crept through the treetops illuminated the soft, bright green grass sprouting from the forest floor. Resa took a deep breath. The scent of the wilderness crawled up her nose, tickling her senses and making her feel safe.
And there was something else in that wonderful aroma, something sweet. Then Resa looked around, her gaze sweeping the vast area of the ponds. She spotted her target. The bright, red berries stood out of the bush, like little red splotches of blood. Bounding up to the razz berry bush, she dug her nose inside and licked up the berries, enjoying their fruity taste.
